Myler Disability's reply to:

I had the opportunity today to speak with this gentlemen and discuss his complaints with our office. He was experiencing some confusion in regards to the communication with our office. We've had regular phone conversations with him and each time we've taken any action on his case (including the appeal he discusses in his complaint), we've both called him and send a confirmation email summarizing the phone conversation and outlining...

We've been trying to reach this client for quite a while and each call goes straight to voice mail. We've left numerous messages and would love very much to talk with her. We encourage her to call us at 1-800-652-9626 and provide us with a better contact number, as the number we have either isn't working or is no longer in service. We try very hard to have regular communication with our clients and when they have difficulties with...

As we represent you, there will be paperwork that needs to be filled out (and that only you...

It's difficult when Social Security doesn't rule the way we feel they should. Such is the case here. The reality, however, is that some judges have high approval rates and some judges don't. There's no way of picking which judge will hear your claim. If there were, we'd all be requesting the liberal judges and objecting to the conservative one. Alas, such is not reality and we have to deal with the judge assigned. Here,...

One of the hardest things an attorney has to do is give legal advice to a client that does not want to listen to the advice. As hard or uncomfortable as this may be at times, it does not lessen the attorney's duty to be a counselor of the law and to properly inform the client of what the law is and what the consequences of his or her actions may be if they disobey the law. When a client is attempting to commit perjury, a good attorney...

This review was left anonymously, so we are unable to verify its authenticity. It appears that this person's claim was approved and they're upset that the SSI benefits were terminated once the SSDI benefits took effect. This is normal, as Social Security isn't going to allow you to draw a check for both SSI and SSDI at the same time. It also appears that this client is upset that the administrative law judge ordered a consultative...

This person apparently never became a client of Myler Disability. Because the review is anonymous, we're unable to verify what exactly happened, although we're pretty certain that we can piece together how things transpired based on our company policies and procedures. When a potential client calls in for a consultation, we go through a thorough screening to try and determine the merits of any potential claim with Social Security. If...
