We've attempted to reach out to this former client but have been unable to reach him. In reviewing his concerns here, it appears he is most concerned with how he was treated by Social Security employees. We'd like to discuss this further with him and would encourage him to give us a call. We care very much about how our clients are treated and if there are concerns, we ask that they let us know. If any mistreatment has happened when talking to our staff, we will address the problem immediately. If the problem occurred while speaking with a Social Security employee, we can review the allegations and help determine if any action can be taken.

My case was denied, at every level and lasted about 30 months. At every denial, case workers wrote horrible personal attacks about me and when I brought this up to Myler?

Absolutely nothing was done or even addressed to these judges at SSD who were clearly biased, and as I mentioned personally insulted me at every level of the process. I really hoped that at some point, my case would be approved bc I have a 100% disability rating with the VA, however their level of care is paltry at best bc I'm rural. I put a lot of faith In Myler, but the attacks by SSD staff obviously affected my case and one case worker would just repeat what the previous case worker had done. Myler never addressed these issues.

It could've stopped at the lowest level. Even the last Judge commented as to how bad my representation was and the slew of personal attacks by their case workers who were mainly Women, conservative women who seemed to have a grudge against middle aged white males. I'm stating this bc if I quoted what several of these gals stated, I could be held against me legally. I was made to feel not important, ignorant, and attempting to scam the system even with a verifiable VA medical record and recent drs evaluation in my favor.

One judge below my fin appeal, had written her determination PRIOR to her seeing me in that hearing as it was dated 2 days before, then sent to me within 2 weeks of a process that typically takes 2-4 months.

Sexist and Biased amre 2 words to describe these mainly Women case workers who infest the SSD process. Discriminatory as all *** How SSD staff have retain their jobs after personally attacking their claimants I will never understand bc if they did this in the private sector?, Someone would quickly be physically assaulted and hospitalized if they spoke to clients or opposite parties in such manner.

User's recommendation: Find a better Attorney, bc Myler is 3rd world representation.

Preferred solution: No solution bc timeframe for me has passed, nothing can be done except 9th court filing.
